EAST LONGMEADOW, MA – JANUARY 6, 2017 – EnterSolar has completed the installation of our 653 kW Photovoltaic Array and National Grid has given authorization to start generating power. The grid consists of 2,466 individual panels covering the roof of our East Longmeadow production facility providing 60% of our energy.
Solar Photovoltaic(“PV”) Systems generate electricity by converting light energy into electrical energy via the photovoltaic effect. The TigerPress installation has been in the works for two months and the EnterSolar team worked very hard to get our system up and running before winter.
