We are searching for an inside sales and customer service associate, to expand our growing sales team. We promote a number of different websites online and we generate 20+ leads a week. You will chat online with new leads and look for new clients who are best suited for our business. We will train you in all aspects of project management and customer service. You will also assist the Sr. Sales Reps with entering their orders into our POS, and follow through completion. You will earn a base salary along with sales commissions and bonuses. We can discuss your possible commission earning during your interview.
We have designed the Inside Sales position to provide the security of salary and full benefits for first few years, while you are building your own client base. Once you build a strong customer base, your salary will drive from your total sales and you will have the flexibility to manage your own time and activities. A successful candidate will make 6-digit salary within 3 years with great benefits and flexible schedule. Your salary grows as you build more clients, and/or process more orders! You earn additional salary based on your own sales and also the orders you process for our Sr. sales team.
New hires start with training in our system and procedures, which takes about 3 months until you can successfully process new orders for production. You are then teamed up with one or more of our Outside Sales reps, which you will process their orders and communicate with their customers on a daily basis. While you are taking care of existing customers, you will also work on building your own book of business. We pass on new leads to you, we provide call list and other ways to help you sell our products, you visit potential customers, and we help you build a strong business relationship with new clients. We hope that within 3-5 years you approach 1MM in total annual gross sales, and become an Outside/Sr sales rep. At that time, we partner you up with an Inside Sales/CSR of your own.
We are hoping to build a long-term relationship with our clients and that takes time. Within the first few months, you will have a better understanding and potential for this career, and we would be able to tell if you have what it takes to be successful in this industry, then after that it all depends on you. You need to work much harder the first 2-3 years and once you build a client base, you can enjoy the result long term.
Successful candidate will possess the following: – Must be college graduate – 4-year degree or equivalent – Great Communication skills, written and oral – Great with marketing and sales – Working Knowledge of computers and MS Office – Good on the phone – Great people skills is a must – organized and detail oriented. You must also be creative, self-starter, and be willing to do what it takes to succeed.
You will work directly with our VP of business development and learn all aspects of our business. You will deal with customers, contact leads, go on sales calls, and process orders. We are hoping that after 1-2 years, you will become a full-time sales rep or an inside Project Manager.
