Prepress
TigerPress uses leading edge pre-press technology to deliver superior quality printing to our customers. Our digital workflow and direct-to-plate technology eliminate the need for costly matchprints and film while providing a sharper image on press. Computer aided manufacturing technologies reduce setup time by transmitting job data to the pressroom and bindery. A color managed workflow provides accurate digital proofing and scanning.

Capabilities of our in-house pre-press department are: Color scanning. Imaging to 300 lpi. Rampage workflow and color managed digital proofing, AGFA X45 direct-to-plate system. Supported software (MacOS or Windows): Acrobat, QuarkXPress, PageMaker, Pantone Hexachrome, InDesign, Illustrator, Freehand, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Publisher, Word, WordPerfect.

Pressroom
The pressroom at TigerPress features the latest in printing technology. The automated Komori 6-color 40 inch Lithrone is equipped with a chamber coating system and the PDC-S print scanning system, which allows for consistent quality throughout the entire job. The Komori 4-color 28 inch Lithrone and the Komori 2-color Sprint 28inch Perfector both give TigerPress a unique advantage in the short run print market while maintaining the highest image quality.

Bindery
TigerPress features a fully equipped bindery department. We offer folding, numbering, gluing, cutting, saddle stitching, and much more. Producing your entire project in house helps TigerPress reduce production times and maintain quality.

Equipment: MBO 16-page folder with a glue and remoist attachment for direct-mail manufacturing, Baum 16x20 folder, Muller 6 pocket plus cover feed saddle stitcher. Two programmable cutters up to 45 inches. Perfing, scoring, numbering and tabbing units. 3 position drilling and shrink wrapping.
